See a staff member's month
Open the monthly attendance view to see one person's counters, a calendar of the month and every day's status, in and out times and hours.
Open the month
- Go to Attendance and select Monthly view.
- Choose the staff member and the Month, then select Apply.
- Use Previous month and Next month to move.
You can also open a staff profile and select the Attendance tab.
What it shows
- Counters: present, absent, half day, on leave, not marked, late, overtime and fines. A half day + half leave (HPL) day counts 0.5 in present and 0.5 in on leave, as in the muster roll and the pay run. Half a day of leave with the other half not marked (PL/NM in the muster roll) counts 0.5 in on leave and 0.5 in not marked.
- Calendar: each day coloured by status, with a legend. A day of two halves is split on the diagonal: HPL for half a day worked and half a day of leave, PL for half a day of leave with the other half not marked yet. Days changed by a manager are marked edited. A day with a punch-in but no punch-out says punch-out missing.
- Days of the month: a table with the Date, Status, In – out times, hours Worked and Late minutes.
Days after today are left blank and are not counted, as in the muster roll: they have not happened yet, so they are not present, absent or not marked. A staff member sees their month the same way in self-service.
To change a day, go back to Attendance, pick that date and mark it. See Mark attendance for a day.
