Attendance you can trust at month end
Staff punch in from their phone, or you mark the day yourself. Every day gets a clear status that payroll can use.
Punch in from the phone browser
Staff sign in on their own phone and tap Punch in. X takes the time from its server, not from the phone clock, and saves the location the browser reports.
- Server time on every web punch
- Location and accuracy saved with the punch
- Admins can enter in and out times for a staff member
A geofence for each work site
Add your shops, sites or offices with their location and a radius: stand at the site and use your phone's location, or type in the coordinates. Then choose what happens when someone punches from outside.
- Allow the punch
- Allow it, but flag it for review
- Block it
Mark attendance in bulk
Mark a whole team for a day, or fix days that have passed. Every day shows a short code, so the month reads at a glance.
- P, A, HD, PL, UL, HPL, WO, H, OD, CO and NM, plus LT for late
- Edit previous days, with the change recorded
- If you choose, unmarked days become absent after the day ends
Shifts, weekly offs and holidays
Set shift times, breaks and half-day rules. Add weekly-off patterns such as the 2nd and 4th Saturday, and your holiday list.
- Shifts that end after midnight
- Late and early-exit rules with grace minutes and fines
- Overtime after the shift ends, with a multiplier
Leave
Create leave types and policies. Staff apply from their phone, and you approve or reject.
- Casual, sick and annual leave, or your own types
- Half-day leave
- Balances, with every change recorded
Questions
Does X use face recognition?
No. X does not identify faces. A punch is tied to the staff member's sign-in, the server time and the location.
What if a staff member has no smartphone?
An admin or manager can mark their attendance from the web, with in and out times if needed.
Does the punch work without internet?
No. A web punch needs a connection, because the time comes from our server.
