What X does for you
Night shifts
A shift can start at 10 PM and end at 6 AM. The punch-out counts towards the shift that started the night before.
Overtime
Overtime after the shift ends, with a multiplier, flows into payroll.
PF and ESI
PF and ESI are calculated for eligible workers, with the wage ceiling and the ESI limit applied.
