- Your plan during the free beta What the Plan and billing page shows: your plan, staff seats used and left, what is included, the price with GST, and how a plan is paid for.
- Ask for more staff seats or a feature Use the Talk to sales form on the Plan and billing page to ask for more staff seats or a feature, and free seats yourself by deactivating staff.
- Change your password and details Update your name, change your login email with a code to your current login and one to the new address, and change or set your password from My account.
- GST details and invoices Add your GSTIN, legal name and billing address for tax invoices, and download the invoice of each payment from the Plan and billing page.
- Delete your account Ask to delete your login, confirm with an email code, and cancel within 30 days. What happens to business and staff records.
- Delete a business As the owner, ask to delete a business and everything in it, with a 30-day wait during which you can cancel. Download what you need first.
