Billing questions
Is GST included in the price?
Each plan shows whether GST is included. Your tax invoice shows the price before GST and the GST (CGST and SGST, or IGST) on separate lines.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The refund and cancellation policy explains what happens to the current billing period.
What happens to my data if my plan ends?
Your data is not deleted when a plan ends. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can start without a card.
