Print and download reports
Print a register, or download it as CSV or a spreadsheet (XLSX) file, and find your files on the Downloads page for 7 days.
- Open the report and set its filters.
- Select Print. A print view opens with the totals for everyone and the time it was printed.
- Use your browser's print command, or save it as a PDF from the print window.
One print holds a limited number of staff. For a bigger report, the print view asks you to pick a branch or department and print each part.
Download
- Open the report and set its filters.
- Select Download CSV or Download spreadsheet (XLSX).
- X makes the file in the background. Go to Reports → Downloads.
- When the status says Ready, select Download.
The Downloads page lists the files you made, with the Report, Period, Format, Rows, who made it and when it is Available until. Each file is kept for 7 days, then shows Expired. A file is Waiting or Making while it is being prepared.
You need the Export reports permission to download.
