What you do on the government portals
X works out PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS, but does not pay or submit anything. Here is what stays with you, and where X helps.
On this page
X computes statutory amounts. It does not connect to the EPFO, ESIC, state or income-tax portals, and it does not deposit money or submit returns for you.
What X does
- Works out each staff member's PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS in the pay run.
- Shows the employee and employer shares on each person's pay and payslip.
- Lists the month's amounts per person in the wage register, which you can download as CSV or a spreadsheet (XLSX).
- Explains every amount under How this was worked out.
What you do
- Pay the contributions and taxes on each portal by its due date.
- Prepare and upload the monthly and quarterly returns and statements the portals ask for.
- Keep the receipts and acknowledgements the portals give you.
The wage register gives you the figures to copy. Upload formats for each portal are not produced by X today.
Due dates
Due dates are set by law and can change. Check the official portal for each one.
