Limit a member to some branches
Give a manager access to only the branches they run, so they see and change only those staff, their attendance, leave and reports.
Every permission a member has applies within their branches.
Set the branches
- Go to Admins and members.
- When you invite someone, set Branches to Selected branches and tick the branches.
- For an existing member, select Change branches in their row, choose Selected branches, tick the branches and select Save changes. The change applies to them straight away.
You cannot change the owner's branches or your own. Pick at least one branch; a branch that was deleted cannot be chosen.
All branches gives access to every branch, including branches you add later.
What changes for them
- Staff, Attendance, Leave, Approvals and Reports show only the staff of their branches.
- Bulk actions skip people outside their branches and report them as not changed.
- Attendance managers and payroll managers can change settings that apply to the whole business, such as a business-wide rule set, only when they cover all branches.
The Branch manager role is made for this: give each branch manager the branches they run.
