See your attendance month
For staff: read your monthly attendance calendar, the paid days, late days and overtime, and what each colour and status means.
On this page
Open My attendance and scroll to This month.
The calendar
Each day shows its status: Present, Absent, Half day, Paid leave, Unpaid leave, Weekly off, Holiday, On duty, Comp off or Not marked. Select Legend to see what each colour means.
A day may also show:
- today;
- edited, when your manager changed the day;
- punch-out missing, when you punched in but not out;
- a late mark with the minutes.
Use Previous month and Next month to move between months.
The totals
Under the calendar you see your Paid days, your Late days and your Overtime for the month.
Something looks wrong
Talk to your manager. Managers can correct a day from their attendance page. Self-service has no way to send an attendance correction request.
