Updated 31 Oct 2026 · 1 min read · For: Owners

On this page
  1. Add your GST details
  2. How GST is shown
  3. Download an invoice

Only the owner sees these sections of Plan and billing.

Add your GST details

  1. Go to Plan and billing and find GST details for invoices.
  2. Check Legal name, Address line 1, City and State. Until you save, they are filled in from your business profile.
  3. If your business is registered for GST, enter your GSTIN. The State must be the state of your GSTIN (its first two digits are the state code); otherwise the page asks you to change it.
  4. Select Save GST details.

The state is the place of supply on your invoices.

How GST is shown

Each plan price is shown as Price before GST, the GST and Total with GST. On the tax invoice, the GST is shown as CGST and SGST (or UTGST) when your state is the same as ours, and as IGST when it is not.

Download an invoice

Each payment gets a tax invoice. Under Invoices you see its number, date, period and amount.

  1. Find the invoice.
  2. Select Download PDF.

The PDF shows our details with our GSTIN, your details with your GSTIN if you added one, the place of supply, the service and its SAC, the price before GST, each GST part and the total, in figures and in words.

An invoice marked Being prepared cannot be downloaded yet. If the page says "Tax invoices are not set up yet", your payments are still recorded; their invoices are issued once our GST details are set up.

Questions

Do I need a GSTIN?

No. Without one, the invoice is made out to your legal name and billing address. Add it if your business is registered for GST.

Why is my invoice "Being prepared"?

Your payment is recorded, and its invoice is issued once our GST details are set up. It then gets its number and can be downloaded.

Can an invoice be changed after it is issued?

No. An issued invoice never changes. Correct your GST details before your next payment.
